About Yale
Yale Pollack earned his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2006 after completing undergraduate studies at Colgate University in 2001. He began his undergraduate work in the late 1990s and completed his J.D. in the mid-2000s. Those academic steps led directly into a practice built around state and federal court work and the day-to-day demands of private law practice.
After law school, Pollack joined Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman LLP as an associate in 2006. He spent the early years of his career at that firm, taking on the kinds of matters commonly handled by midsize firms: court appearances, client counseling, and courtroom preparation. In 2010 he moved to Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP, again as an associate. That period broadened his experience in both trial and transactional settings and exposed him to a wider roster of clients and opposing counsel.
Pollack later transitioned to The Bell Law Group, where he serves as of counsel. The title reflects a senior role in which he advises and supports litigation teams and contributes to case strategy. His resume shows steady work across multiple firms rather than a single institutional path. That variety has given him familiarity with the procedural and strategic demands of practicing in different venues.
He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Those admissions allow him to appear in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association, reflecting ongoing ties to the professional community on Long Island and in the broader New York region.
Colleagues describe Pollack as steady and pragmatic in the courtroom and in chambers. He brings the kind of procedural knowledge that comes from sustained practice in multiple firms and from routine appearances in state and federal venues. He has handled the litigation and client work typical for attorneys admitted in those jurisdictions, drawing on earlier associate roles and his current of counsel responsibilities at The Bell Law Group.
In private practice he continues to represent clients in matters that arise in the jurisdictions where he is admitted, handling state and federal filings and related legal work. His current practice concentrates on cases and legal matters filed in New York and New Jersey and in the federal courts where he maintains admission.
