About Frank

Frank Tantone earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2016. He completed his legal education during a period of rapid change in the courts and legal practice, entering the profession at a time when federal and state dockets began to rebound after a turbulent few years.

He joined The Bell Law Group as an associate. At the firm he has taken on client matters that require careful preparation and timely court filings. He has worked on cases that move through preliminary motions, discovery, and hearings. His role involves drafting briefs, conducting legal research, and assisting more senior attorneys at trial and in court appearances.

Tantone is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. He is also admitted to appear before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in a range of state and federal proceedings and to file matters in courts across the two states and the federal districts that cover them.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in handling the day-to-day demands of litigation. He approaches deadlines and procedural requirements with attention to detail. His training at St. John’s is reflected in his familiarity with civil procedure and the mechanics of filing and service in federal court. He has developed practical skills in courtroom documentation and in preparing witness materials and exhibits for hearings.

Outside the office, he maintains professional memberships that connect him to peers in both New Jersey and New York. He uses those connections to stay current on developments in court rules and procedures. That background helps when coordinating actions that span state and federal jurisdictions or when fast-moving developments require immediate adjustments to litigation strategy.

Tantone’s practice at The Bell Law Group centers on representing clients in matters that proceed in state and federal courts. He focuses his practice on representing clients in state and federal court proceedings.
