About Timothy P.

Timothy P. Beaupre earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2005 after completing a B.A. at Boston College in 2000. He followed a traditional path through law school and entered practice soon after graduation. Those academic credentials set the stage for a career that has spanned firm partnership and solo practice.

He joined the New Hampshire Bar Association in 2005 and is authorized to practice in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Early in his career he became a partner and shareholder at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. in 2006. That role placed him in a mid-size firm environment where he handled matters across multiple dockets and worked alongside other experienced litigators and counselors.

In 2018 he left the partnership track to establish Beaupre Law, PLLC. As owner of his own firm he shifted from a firm-based role to running an independent practice. That move required him to combine legal work with management duties. He continued to represent clients across the three-state region and built a practice that draws on years spent both in partnership and in private practice.

Beaupre’s professional activity includes longstanding membership in the New Hampshire Bar Association. He has maintained that membership since 2005. Over time his work has involved representation of both individual and business clients in civil matters across state lines. He has experience in courtroom proceedings and in advising clients on legal risk, and he has handled cases that required coordination of procedural and substantive law in more than one jurisdiction.

Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in approach and steady in the courtroom. He is known for taking a measured view of cases and for explaining options clearly to clients. Those traits have carried him through two decades of practice, first in a collaborative firm setting and later as the principal of his own office.

Today he operates Beaupre Law, PLLC from his main office and continues to serve clients in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He currently concentrates his practice on civil litigation and client counseling across those jurisdictions.
