About Austin
Austin Mikolaities earned his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of New Hampshire in 2015. He moved from the classroom into practice the same year he graduated law school. His academic record places him squarely in New Hampshire’s legal community.
He began his career in private practice as an associate at Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella, PLLC in 2018. That first role put him into day-to-day client work and courtroom preparation. In 2019 he shifted into an in-house position at Cascade Energy. That year in-house work exposed him to corporate operations and the kinds of compliance questions companies face.
After a stint in-house, he returned to private practice as a lawyer at Bosen & Associates in 2021. There he handled matters typical of a growing general practice firm. The mix of litigation and client counseling at Bosen gave him steady courtroom and transactional experience.
In 2024 he joined Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. as an associate. At Shaheen & Gordon he stepped into a larger firm environment. The move broadened the scope of matters he manages and the range of colleagues he works alongside. It also returned him to a practice centered in New Hampshire courts and administrative forums.
Across his roles he has worked on courtroom filings, client counseling and internal corporate legal tasks. His time in-house and in private practice has allowed him to see issues from both the client side and the firm side. That perspective shapes how he approaches case strategy and client communication.
He has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association since 2018 and remains active in the state bar community. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and practical with clients. He continues to build a practice that blends litigation and transactional work.
He currently practices at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., where his work centers on litigation and corporate legal matters.
