About Danielle
Danielle Pomeroy built her legal foundation at the University of New Hampshire, where she completed her undergraduate degree before continuing to the University of New Hampshire School of Law for her J.D. Her academic path kept her close to New England courts and policy debates. She left law school ready to step into courtroom schedules and client meetings.
After earning her law degree, Pomeroy joined Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. as an associate lawyer. In that role she has taken on research, drafting, and courtroom preparation. She contributes to case strategy and works directly with clients. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing records and practical during hearings.
Pomeroy is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Vermont. She appears in state courts and before administrative tribunals. That dual admission enables her to assist clients whose matters cross state lines. It also requires keeping up with procedural differences and shifting deadlines in two jurisdictions.
Her work at Shaheen & Gordon has ranged from pretrial investigation to settlement discussions to courtroom appearances. She spends time preparing pleadings, crafting discovery requests, and arguing motions. Outside the courtroom she focuses on managing client expectations. She explains issues plainly and lays out realistic next steps. That steadiness often helps clients weigh options when cases stall or pivot.
Peers say Pomeroy balances thorough legal analysis with attention to practical outcomes. She regularly coordinates with expert witnesses, consults on document strategy, and handles trial logistics. The firm environment has given her exposure to varied caseloads and taught her to prioritize time-sensitive tasks. She continues to refine courtroom skills and case management techniques.
Pomeroy also contributes to the firm’s internal training and supports newer associates in casework and procedure. She values the mentoring relationships that shaped her early career and pays that forward in daily practice. Outside the office she remains engaged in local legal circles and follows changes in state law that affect clients in New Hampshire and Vermont.
She currently practices at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., representing clients in matters across New Hampshire and Vermont.
