About Taylor

Taylor Goldschmidt entered law school after completing a bachelor’s degree at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015. She earned her J.D. from Florida International University in 2020. She is licensed to practice in California and brings a mix of courtroom training and investigative experience to her work.

Goldschmidt’s path to practice included a series of hands-on roles that shaped her early legal perspective. In 2013 she worked in administrative and records roles for the University of Colorado Police Department, and in 2016 she served as an investigations intern for the Weld County District Lawyer. During law school she held a legal internship at the Miami-Dade State Lawyer s Office in 2018. In 2019 she worked as a law clerk for Foster-Morales Sockel-Stone, LLC and served as a student-lawyer on the Fourth Judicial Circuit’s Prosecution Innocence Project.

After completing her J.D., Goldschmidt moved into private practice. She joined Khosroabadi & Hill, APC as a lawyer in 2021. That role added direct client work and courtroom exposure. In 2023 she took a position at Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC, where she continues to practice. Her work has included case preparation, courtroom filings, witness interviews and participation in hearings.

Colleagues note that her experience in investigative roles informs how she approaches factual development and case strategy. She has experience tracing records, conducting interviews and coordinating with agency staff. Those skills often come into play when a matter requires close document review or background inquiry before trial or motion work.

Goldschmidt’s record shows steady movement from investigative support into litigation roles. She has handled tasks across prosecution-related work, innocence review matters and private practice litigation. She maintains an active practice in California courts and continues to take on matters that draw on both her courtroom training and her investigative background.

She is currently based at Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC, where her practice focuses on litigation and related court proceedings in California.
