About Sari Ann
Sari Ann Strasburg built a foundation in business and law. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1976. She later received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1983. Those two degrees set the course for a career that has crossed public accounting, corporate counsel work and private practice.
She began her professional life in public accounting. In 1983 she worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. She moved to Coopers & Lybrand in 1985 as a tax manager. In 1988 she joined Wiggin & Nourie as a tax associate. Along the way she became a Certified Public Accountant, holding licenses from the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy and the Illinois Department of Regulation. She has maintained active membership in accounting organizations, including the American Institute of CPAs and the New Hampshire Society of CPAs.
In 1990 Strasburg transitioned into in-house legal roles at The Velcro Companies, serving as general counsel, secretary and director. That experience in a corporate legal department broadened her familiarity with governance and operational legal issues. In 2001 she returned to law firm practice as a partner at Pepe & Hazard LLP. Two years later she founded her own firm, Strasburg Law P.L.L.C., where she is owner and principal.
Her professional affiliations extend across both legal and business communities. She joined the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1986 and the American Bar Association in 1991. She has been a member of the New Hampshire Tech Alliance since 2005 and joined the DirectWomen Board Institute in 2009. Those memberships reflect long-standing ties to regional business networks and to groups that focus on board service and technology-sector issues.
Strasburg is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Her background spans tax practice, corporate counseling and internal legal leadership. She advises clients on corporate governance, tax-related matters and general business law questions, drawing on decades of experience in accounting and law. As of 2026 she practices at Strasburg Law P.L.L.C., where her work centers on corporate, tax and governance matters.
