About Raymond H.

Raymond H. LaBarge built a path from engineering labs to the courtroom. He completed a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering and computer science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2009. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011. That blend of technical training and legal education shapes how he approaches cases.

After law school, he began practicing in Wisconsin and joined the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2012. He is also a member of the Waukesha County Bar Association and the Wisconsin Association of Workers Compensation Lawyers, both memberships that date to 2012. Since 2015 he has held membership in the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association. Those affiliations reflect ongoing ties to local and statewide legal communities.

LaBarge’s background in computer engineering and computer science informs his legal work. He has applied analytical skills developed in engineering to fact-intensive matters. This background can be useful when cases involve technical records, electronic evidence, or detailed timelines. He combines methodical fact-gathering with legal research to build cases.

His association with the Wisconsin Association of Workers Compensation Lawyers points to an emphasis on workers’ compensation law. Within that area he handles matters that require close attention to medical documentation, injury reports, and procedural deadlines. He also works on client counseling, helping people understand appeal processes and benefit calculations.

Colleagues describe him as engaged in professional groups that shape practice and provide continuing legal education. He has maintained active memberships in bar and county associations since 2012, and he participates in events and meetings aimed at newer practitioners through the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association. Those activities keep him connected to developments in state law and local practice norms.

LaBarge’s career shows a steady progression from technical undergraduate studies to legal practice in Wisconsin. He balances casework with involvement in professional organizations. He spends his practice time advising and representing clients in workers’ compensation matters and related issues in Wisconsin.

He is currently practicing in Wisconsin and continues to focus his work on workers’ compensation cases and client representation in that area.
