About Nadeem Noah

Nadeem Noah Harfouch earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2012 after completing undergraduate studies at Michigan State University in 2009, where he majored in business administration. He arrived in law school after a four-year undergraduate course and left with a concentration in litigation. Those academic years laid a practical groundwork. They also set the tone for the work he would take on afterward.

Early in his legal career Harfouch worked at Sheehan & Associates, PLC. Records list him there in 2011. The experience offered him exposure to case management and courtroom work in Michigan. He moved from practicing under an established firm name to founding his own office a few years later.

In 2015 Harfouch became managing partner of The Harfouch Law Office, PLLC. He built the practice in Michigan, organizing a small office to handle client matters and supervise litigation strategies. As managing partner he has responsibility for both the business side of the firm and the cases it accepts. That dual role requires juggling administrative duties, client intake and courtroom preparation.

Licensed to practice in Michigan and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Harfouch has worked on matters that reach beyond initial filings. His legal training emphasized litigation, and his practice has reflected that emphasis. He represents clients in trial settings and in filings that may progress to federal appellate review. He also handles the pretrial work that underpins litigation: discovery, motions practice and settlement negotiations.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in building case records and pragmatic in courtroom settings. He tends to structure matters so that factual development supports any legal theory the client pursues. In office, he manages a range of tasks common to small-firm litigation: drafting pleadings, arguing motions, preparing witnesses and coordinating timelines for trial.

Over time Harfouch has kept the practice focused on litigation-oriented work in the state and federal systems that serve Michigan. He has maintained a consistent presence in local courts while handling matters that require appellate admission. Today he operates The Harfouch Law Office, PLLC in Michigan. His current practice concentrates on litigation and representation in Michigan courts and before the Sixth Circuit.
