About Carrah Leigh
Carrah Leigh Crofton-Wloszek began her academic path in Michigan. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan in 2006. Three years later she completed her Juris Doctor at Wayne State University Law School, graduating in 2009.
Her entry into the law followed immediately after law school. She established her practice in Michigan and has continued to work in the state since that time. Over the years she has built a practice that reflects a steady trajectory from classroom study to day-to-day legal work.
Crofton-Wloszek’s early legal years were spent gaining practical experience in matters that arise regularly in state practice. That period allowed her to develop familiarity with Michigan court procedures and statutes. She has kept her professional activities centered in the state where she was educated.
Today she practices under the name Crofton Legal. Her office serves clients in Michigan and handles a range of matters typical of state-based practitioners. She manages client relationships from intake through resolution and works in both transactional and contested settings when cases require it.
Colleagues describe her approach as methodical and attentive to detail. She favors clear explanations and practical planning. That approach helps clients understand options and potential outcomes when they come to her office. She also places importance on timely communication and managing expectations throughout a case.
Outside of client work, Crofton-Wloszek maintains the professional affiliations that tie her to the Michigan legal community. Her education in economics and law gives her a dual perspective on problems that involve both financial and regulatory elements. She draws on that background when assessing remedies, settlement options, and the costs associated with litigation.
She continues to operate Crofton Legal in Michigan and represents clients in matters arising under state law.
