About Keith F.

Keith F. Diaz studied the liberal arts before turning to the law. He earned a B.A. in Liberal Studies (Great Books) from Saint Anselm College in 1997 and later took his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, receiving a J.D. in 2003. The sequence of those degrees shaped a methodical approach to legal reasoning and an interest in how law affects everyday life.

Diaz began his legal career at the county level. In 2003 he joined the Rockingham County Lawyer's Office as an assistant county lawyer. That role placed him inside local government work and exposed him to the practical demands of public-sector practice. He handled filings, advised officials and took part in the day-to-day legal tasks that keep county operations moving.

Two years later he moved into private practice. In 2005 he became an associate at the Law Office of Bussiere & Bussiere, P.A. As an associate he worked on client matters, participated in case preparation and learned the management of litigation and settlement processes. The position provided regular courtroom contact and a steady flow of client-facing assignments.

After nearly two decades of combined public and private work, Diaz launched his own practice. In 2022 he opened Apis Law and took the title of owner and lawyer. The decision to start a firm followed years of accumulating practical skills and understanding how to run a small practice. He set up the office to serve clients in New Hampshire and to provide direct attorney attention to personal injury matters.

Throughout his career Diaz has maintained his ties to the New Hampshire legal community. He is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and has kept an active presence in professional circles. That ongoing involvement has kept him connected to procedural developments and local court practices.

Today Diaz concentrates on personal injury work from his Apis Law office. He represents individuals in claims arising from accidents and injuries and manages both negotiations and litigation in state courts. His current practice focuses on personal injury matters in New Hampshire.
