About Julianne M.
Julianne M. Plourde graduated from Saint Anselm College before earning her J.D. at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. She completed a liberal arts undergraduate program and then pursued legal training in Manchester. Those academic steps set the foundation for a career in New Hampshire courts.
After law school, Plourde joined Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. as an associate lawyer in 2023. She entered a firm known for litigating a range of civil matters and advising clients on state and federal issues. Her role as an associate has involved courtroom filings, legal research and the drafting of pleadings and briefs.
Plourde is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She appears in filings and proceedings in both forums and works on matters that require attention in either state or federal court. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing cases and thorough in legal analysis.
Her law school years at the University of New Hampshire provided training in advocacy and legal writing. Those skills carry over to the day-to-day work at Shaheen & Gordon, where clarity in motion practice and in client communications matters. She has handled calendaring for hearings, supported trial preparation and assisted on appellate filings when those matters arose.
Plourde’s practice to date reflects the early years of an associate building litigation experience in New Hampshire. She has focused on learning firm procedures and developing practical courtroom skills. She balances time between client consultations, drafting substantive legal documents and attending court appearances.
She maintains professional ties to the New Hampshire legal community through admissions in both state and federal court. At Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., she continues to expand her courtroom experience and legal capabilities. She currently practices in New Hampshire state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, concentrating on matters that proceed in those venues.
