About Jonathan

Jonathan Gremminger built his legal foundation at Drexel University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2014 after completing a bachelor’s degree in International Politics at Pennsylvania State University in 2009. Those years gave him a mix of classroom study and the kind of questioning that shapes how a lawyer thinks about problems. He left school prepared to enter practice in two neighboring states.

He has practiced as an associate at Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose & Podolsky, P.A. There he works on matters that require close attention to procedure and client needs. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to research and in preparing court filings. He handles day-to-day case management tasks and contributes to the development of legal strategy under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Gremminger is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He maintains active memberships in both the State Bar of Pennsylvania and the State Bar of New Jersey, participating in professional networks that keep him current on state practice rules and court procedure. Those memberships allow him to appear in courts in both jurisdictions and to advise clients whose matters cross state lines.

His academic background in international politics informs his perspective on cases that touch on regulatory and cross-border themes, though his work spans issues that arise in state courts and administrative settings. He emphasizes clear communication with clients and practical planning from intake to resolution. He also assists in drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and preparing for hearings.

Colleagues and supervisors expect him to continue deepening his courtroom experience and handling a broader slate of hearings and trials as his career progresses. He keeps up with continuing legal education requirements and local practice developments through bar programs and firm-led training sessions. Outside the office he remains connected to the legal communities in both states where he is licensed.

He is currently an associate at Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose & Podolsky, P.A., and his practice concentrates on advising and representing clients in matters arising in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
