About Griffen
Griffen Bloshinsky entered the legal profession with a clear academic path. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2019. He then returned to the Levin College of Law, completing both a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Taxation in 2023.
At law school he combined core legal training with advanced tax study. The LL.M. in Taxation built on the J.D. coursework and offered concentrated exposure to federal tax principles and policy. That sequence gave him a technical grounding in tax rules alongside broader legal skills such as legal research, writing and client counseling.
Before law school, his business degree supplied a practical lens. The undergraduate program emphasized finance and management concepts. Those foundations help him translate complex tax rules into considerations that matter for business decisions.
Bloshinsky joined Chepenik Trushin LLP as an associate in 2024. He is a member of The Florida Bar and practices in Florida. Since joining the firm he has been involved in matters that intersect tax law and commercial practice, working alongside colleagues on transactional and advisory engagements.
Colleagues describe him as someone who pays attention to technical detail and to the practical consequences of legal advice. He spends significant time on research and on drafting memoranda and client correspondence. His tax training informs review of documents, analysis of tax consequences and preparation of filings or disclosure materials when needed.
Outside of casework, he maintains ties to the University of Florida law community through alumni networks. He also participates in professional activities that keep him current on state and federal tax developments. That ongoing study helps him address evolving rules and shifting administrative guidance.
In the office, Bloshinsky divides his time between client work and supporting senior attorneys on complex matters. He represents clients in planning and compliance conversations and assists on transactional tax questions. He currently practices at Chepenik Trushin LLP, concentrating on tax-related legal work and related business matters.
