About Glenn
Glenn Marks moved from a marketing undergraduate degree into a law degree in a relatively short span. He earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Florida in 2017. Three years later he completed his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law in 2020. That combination of business and legal training shapes how he approaches matters and client interaction.
After law school, Marks built his practice in Florida. He is licensed to practice in the state and maintains current membership in the Florida State Bar. His résumé lists his present role as Senior Associate at Chepenik Trushin LLP, where he has taken on increasing responsibility since joining the firm. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing cases and attentive in client meetings.
Marks’ background in marketing informs how he communicates complex information to clients and opposing counsel. He tends to break issues down into clear steps and to prioritize practical options when advising clients. That approach surfaces in his drafting and in courtroom preparation. He is comfortable handling written advocacy and client counseling, tasks he performs regularly at the firm.
Within the office, Marks handles a range of assignments assigned to senior associates. He participates in discovery, motion practice, and client strategy sessions. He also helps prepare more junior staff and coordinates with outside experts when a matter requires specialized input. The senior associate role has given him experience managing multiple active files and interacting frequently with clients.
Marks keeps an active presence in the Florida legal community through his standing in the state bar. He maintains professional ties to peers and local practitioners, which provides him with a resource network for complex matters. He also follows developments in Florida law and policy as they relate to the matters he addresses in practice.
He currently practices at Chepenik Trushin LLP, representing clients in matters handled by the firm.
