About Eric S.
Eric S. Rosen trained in two very different places. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in 2002. Five years later he received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. Those years of study left him ready for trial work and courtroom practice.
He is admitted to practice in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Rosen built his career in Broward County, where he has handled civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. He is the principal lawyer at Rosen Injury Law, P.A., a practice that handles personal injury cases and related litigation.
Rosen’s involvement in bar and civic organizations marks much of his professional life outside the courtroom. He serves as Secretary of the Fort Lauderdale Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He holds a membership in the Florida Justice Association and is co-chair of the Trial Section of the Broward County Bar Association. Those positions place him regularly in the company of other trial lawyers and on panels that address practice issues and trial procedure.
Public service appears frequently in Rosen’s record. Since 2019 he has been a member of the board of directors for Legal Aid Services of Broward County and for Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida. He spent a year as president of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association from 2018 to 2019. Before that he served on The Florida Bar, 17th Judicial Circuit, Grievance Committee “A” from 2016 through 2019. Those roles have put him at the intersection of legal advocacy and community access to counsel.
In practice Rosen handles litigated personal injury matters and related pretrial work. He files cases in county court and in the federal district when the circumstances require it. His trial work and committee roles reflect steady engagement with procedural rules, courtroom preparation, and jury practice.
Colleagues and peers know him for steady courtroom presence rather than public awards or flashy filings. He has combined local bar leadership with hands-on litigation. He continues to practice at Rosen Injury Law, P.A., where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation.
