About Bradley
Bradley Winston built his path to law from two South Florida campuses. He earned a Bachelor of Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1984, then moved on to Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where he received his J.D. in 1988.
After law school he was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988 and began practicing in Florida courts. He joined Winston & Clark, P.A., and by 1999 was serving as managing partner. Over the years he has balanced courtroom work with leadership in local bar organizations, handling the practical demands of litigation while guiding firm strategy.
Winston is Board Certified in Civil Trial by The Florida Bar. That credential signals many hours inside courtrooms and detailed work on jury trials. His peers have recognized him through invitations and memberships that reflect an active presence in the trial bar. He has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates since 2011. He also holds memberships with The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association since 1988, and he participates in the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Locally, Winston has been involved in the Broward County Justice Association for years. He served as vice president and president during 2002–2003, a period when the association engaged on matters affecting trial procedure and access to courts. Those roles placed him in the middle of professional conversations about rules, practice and advocacy in Broward County.
His courtroom practice is rooted in civil trial work. Over decades he has prepared cases for jury selection, taken depositions, argued motions and tried cases to verdict. Colleagues describe him as steady at trial and ready to handle the procedural demands that arise from extended litigation. He combines trial experience with bar-recognized certification, a mix that shapes how he evaluates cases and advises clients.
Winston currently practices from the Winston Law Office. He continues to serve clients in Florida courts and remains active in professional organizations that serve trial lawyers. He now concentrates his practice on civil trial litigation in Florida.
