About Blaire E.
Blaire E. Patrick built her legal foundation at Pennsylvania State University, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts before moving on to New England Law | Boston. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2013. Those years shaped the early contours of a career grounded in state practice and courtroom procedure.
After law school, Patrick established herself in Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in that jurisdiction and has developed a practice tied to the procedural and substantive demands of state law. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She tends to break complex matters into manageable pieces and explain them plainly to clients.
Patrick’s career has taken place largely within firm practice. She is currently with Kraemer, Manes, & Associates. The firm environment has given her experience on matters that require collaboration across practice areas, and it has placed her in regular contact with judges, clerks, and opposing counsel. She has worked on cases that move in and out of courtrooms and before administrative bodies. That practical exposure has shaped how she assesses risk and prepares for hearings.
Her legal education remains a touchstone. The classroom training she received at New England Law | Boston was followed by the early, often unpredictable work of a practicing attorney. That transition from theory to practice is one she still references when mentoring newer lawyers at the firm. She pays attention to the procedural rules and to the deadlines that decide cases as much as briefs or oral argument.
Outside of litigation strategy, Patrick gives weight to communication. She aims to keep clients informed about where a matter stands and what options remain realistic. She writes to make complex legal concepts accessible. She also balances case preparation with the practical constraints that clients bring to the table, such as timing and budget.
In the years since her graduation in 2013, Patrick has remained based in Pennsylvania and has continued to build her practice there. Today she is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and practices at Kraemer, Manes, & Associates, where her work centers on matters arising under Pennsylvania law.
