About Paige T.

Paige T. Noah earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2019. She completed a traditional law school course of study there and left with a credential that allowed her to begin practicing in neighboring jurisdictions. Her legal education at Duquesne provided classroom instruction and practical work that she carried into the early years of her career.

After graduation, Noah began practicing law in the region. She is admitted to practice in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania. That dual admission has shaped the range of matters she handles. Working across two state systems has required attention to differing procedural rules and an ability to manage cases that touch on local statutes and court practices.

Her approach to representation emphasizes careful preparation and solid procedural work. She prioritizes clear communication with clients and methodical case development. That has meant focusing on fact-gathering, citation research, and precise drafting of court filings. She also pays close attention to scheduling and deadlines, areas that often determine whether a case moves forward efficiently or stalls.

Noah’s work since law school has included tasks common to early-career attorneys: drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing for hearings, and advising clients on next steps. She has handled matters in both state systems and worked with colleagues to map legal strategies that align with each court’s expectations. Colleagues describe her as thorough in case preparation and steady under the pressure of procedural timelines.

Outside the courtroom, she stays engaged with the legal community in the two states where she practices. That engagement informs her awareness of practice trends and local court procedures. It also helps when coordinating matters that cross jurisdictional lines. She continues to develop her skill set through practice and participation in professional activities.

Noah currently maintains an active license to practice in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Her current work serves clients across those two states and addresses matters arising under state law. Her current practice focuses on serving clients in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
