About Wayne Douglas Hollowell

Wayne Douglas Hollowell III began his path to the law in Mississippi. He earned a B.A. at the University of Mississippi, then continued his studies at the University of Miami School of Law where he received his J.D. Those two schools framed a legal education that spans regional perspectives and courtroom practice.

After law school, Hollowell returned to Mississippi and entered private practice. Early in his career he worked on cases that required courtroom presence and careful legal writing. He handled filings, attended hearings, and developed a steady approach to case preparation. Colleagues describe him as methodical in the way he assembles facts and prepares witnesses for testimony.

Over time Hollowell broadened his experience within the state bar. He has spent years practicing under Mississippi rules and procedures. That long exposure to local practice has given him a clear sense of how matters progress in state courts and what judges expect from attorneys. He is comfortable in the courthouse and familiar with the calendar, the filing deadlines, and the mechanics of litigation in Mississippi.

Hollowell practices from Hayes Law Office, PLLC. At the firm he has represented clients in a variety of proceedings and appears regularly in state court matters. His work there blends written advocacy and in-person court work. He also handles client consultations, draft pleadings, and prepares evidence for hearings. The office environment is one where case management and client communication intersect.

Outside the office, Hollowell has kept ties to the legal community in Mississippi. He attends continuing legal education programs and remains engaged with peers on issues that affect practice locally. He maintains an active presence in the routines of law practice and in the professional network that supports it. He currently practices at Hayes Law Office, PLLC in Mississippi, where he represents clients in matters before Mississippi state courts.
