About Tory
Tory Delpierre earned a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia in 2006. She later attended Stetson University College of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2013. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and has built a practice that blends private representation with court-appointed work.
Her post-law school career moved quickly into partnership roles. In 2014 she joined Myers and Delpierre, PLC as a partner. Two years later she opened her own firm, Delpierre Law, PLC, where she handled a range of matters for individual clients. In 2018 she became a partner at Delpierre & DiCorrado, PLC. Most recently, in 2023, she joined Infinity Law Group, PLC as a partner.
Those moves trace a steady arc from solo practice back into partnership. They also reflect a willingness to take on roles that require managing cases and mentoring younger lawyers. Her work has included cases in family court and representation in matters where courts appoint counsel for individuals who cannot pay for private lawyers.
Delpierre holds a Guardian ad Litem Certification from the Virginia Supreme Court Guardian ad Litem Program. That credential authorizes her to represent the interests of children in family court proceedings. She is also approved as Court Appointed Counsel by the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission, enabling her to accept criminal defense appointments when a court deems it necessary.
Those certifications shape much of the practical work she does. In family law matters she has been the court’s appointed voice for minors in custody and visitation disputes. When serving as court appointed counsel, she represents defendants who otherwise would not have private representation. Both roles require appearing in hearings, preparing reports and filings, and working alongside social services and other stakeholders.
Colleagues and clients have encountered her most often in Virginia state courts. She has moved between firm management and courtroom responsibility, a combination that has governed the kinds of files she takes and how she staffs them. The firms she has led or joined reflect that mix of client representation and appointed work.
As of 2026 Tory Delpierre is a partner at Infinity Law Group, PLC in Virginia. Her current practice includes family court representation, guardian ad litem assignments, and accepting court-appointed criminal defense matters.
