About Tiffany Lynne
Tiffany Lynne Bostinelos studied law at Pepperdine University School of Law and built an early practice grounded in courtroom work and family law matters. She moved through a series of clerkships and internships that brought daily exposure to the judges, calendars and procedural demands of California courts. Those formative years shaped how she approaches client work now.
Her first recorded legal roles were court-side. In 2013 she worked as a law clerk with the Superior Court of California and spent time at the Domestic Violence Clinic of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. The next year she returned to court-related work and served as a clerk in a family law and mediation office. In 2015 she again worked for the Superior Court and later that year took on an attorney role at Sullivan, Krieger, Truong, Spagnola & Klausner L.L.P.
The experience of alternating between court clerking and practice gave her an unusual vantage point early in her career. She saw how judges manage cases and how timelines affect client options. She also handled intake and advocacy in domestic violence and family law settings, learning to balance urgency with careful case preparation.
By 2017 she joined Sullivan Law & Associates as an associate lawyer. That period expanded her responsibilities in client counseling, motions practice and courtroom appearances. Colleagues from court calendars and opposing counsel would recognize the continuity between her clerkship background and her work as an advocate.
In 2024 she began working as a lawyer at Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC. The firm listing appears across several office entries, and she is currently identified with that firm. Her move to Holstrom, Block & Parke marks the latest stage of a decade-long progression from intern and clerk to lawyer in California practice.
Bostinelos’s path is marked by steady transitions between court-side positions and private practice. That variety has informed how she evaluates procedural risk and prepares filings. She brings practical courtroom experience to routine case management and client meetings. She also draws on early work at a domestic violence clinic when assessing safety and interim relief issues.
She is licensed to practice in California and continues to handle matters at Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC. She currently focuses on family law and related civil matters in California courts.
