About Thomas
Thomas Hogle earned his J.D. from Arizona State University in 2012. He moved into criminal defense work soon after and built a practice centered in Arizona courts. He has spent the bulk of his career representing people charged with state crimes.
Early in his career he worked as a criminal defense lawyer at Canyon State Law in 2015. That same year he also carried a criminal docket through The Hogle Law Office. Those simultaneous listings reflect a period when he handled cases in different settings and across several local jurisdictions.
Hogle’s work covers the full lifecycle of criminal cases. He appears in arraignments, argues pretrial motions and conducts jury trials when necessary. His practice has included both misdemeanor and felony matters handled in state courts. He takes on cases that range from DUI and drug charges to more serious offenses, and he represents clients through plea negotiations as well as contested hearings.
He has operated out of multiple office locations connected to Canyon State Law. Those offices include Surprise, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa and Gilbert, as well as a presence in Pinal County. Working from several locations has allowed him to serve clients across the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding communities.
Hogle maintains membership in professional associations. He stays involved in local legal circles and continues to work on cases that come through the state system. Colleagues describe him as practical in court and straightforward in client communication.
Across his career he has remained focused on criminal defense work in Arizona. He is admitted to practice in the state and continues to represent clients in state court proceedings. He currently practices criminal defense at Canyon State Law, representing clients in Arizona state courts.
