About Steven
Steven Pacillio studied history and related subjects at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.A. in 1994. He went on to the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and completed his J.D. in 1999. Those years shaped a practical approach to litigation and public service that appears throughout his career.
Early in his legal life he worked in public service. He served as an Assistant District Lawyer in the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office beginning in 1998. He moved into private practice in the early 2000s, joining M M & D as an associate in 2002. That period taught him trial work and client management in a general litigation setting.
He advanced to partner at M M & D in 2006 and spent the next decade handling a range of civil matters. In 2016 he left to found Omnis Law Group, LLC, where he serves as principal and founding partner. Alongside his firm work, he has been active on nonprofit boards. He joined the board of JURIST Legal News & Research in 2009 and, in 2016, took on the role of solicitor for the Thornbury Historical Society.
Pacillio is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in several federal jurisdictions, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His background is rooted in general litigation, and his courtroom experience spans state and federal venues. He has handled matters that require familiarity with procedural and evidentiary issues across trial and appellate levels.
He maintains a regional presence with offices in Delaware County, Chester County, Center City Philadelphia and Montgomery County. At Omnis Law Group he manages a docket that includes contested civil litigation and related court proceedings. He represents clients in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania.
