About Jordan Kelleher

Jordan Kelleher Reilly earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1997 after completing undergraduate studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she received a B.A. in International Relations and French in 1994. She also spent time studying French at Universite Paul Valery in Montpellier in 1992. The combination of language studies and international relations gave her a broad perspective early in her career.

Her legal career began in 1997 when she joined Cummings, Cummings and Dudenheffer as a lawyer. Those first years in practice gave her courtroom exposure and practical experience representing clients. In 2006 she moved into a partnership role at Roffman Williams and Reilly, LLC. The partnership period expanded her responsibilities and deepened her trial and litigation work.

In 2011 she founded Jordan Reilly & Associates, LLC. She launched the firm to offer an independent practice and to manage a caseload under her own direction. Running a small firm meant handling both the client-side work and the business side of practice. She continues to operate that practice.

Reilly is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Her membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar dates to 1998 and remains current. Admission to the Third Circuit allows her to handle appeals beyond the trial courts and to file briefs and petitions in that federal appellate forum.

Alongside her private practice, Reilly has maintained active involvement in pro bono work. She serves as a pro bono lawyer for Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania and has membership in the Delaware County Legal Assistance Association Pro Bono Project. Those roles have kept her connected to public-interest work and regional access-to-justice efforts.

She also holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Delaware County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania State Bar. These memberships keep her engaged with local and state legal communities and provide avenues for continuing legal education and professional exchange.

Colleagues describe her approach as practical and client-centered in courtroom settings. She handles matters in Pennsylvania state courts and has participated in appellate matters in the Third Circuit. She remains active in providing pro bono representation while managing her firm’s caseload.

Her current practice centers on representation in Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, along with ongoing pro bono work.
