About Kevin Mark
Kevin Mark Wray took a nontraditional path to law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the College of William and Mary in 1980 and returned to formal legal study nearly two decades later. He received his J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1999.
After law school, Wray built a practice rooted in Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is also authorized to appear before the Federal Circuit. Over the years he has maintained ties to local bar groups and criminal defense organizations that reflect his courtroom work.
Wray has been a member of the Delaware County Bar since 2008. That same year he joined the Delaware County Criminal Defense Bar. He added membership in the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2012. Those affiliations place him among practitioners who regularly handle criminal cases in county courts and appellate matters.
Courtroom experience has shaped Wray's approach. He has worked in settings that require quick assessment of evidence and steady advocacy before judges and juries. Colleagues describe him as methodical in trial preparation. He favors clear explanations over legal jargon when he speaks to clients and witnesses.
His practice has involved trial-level work and matters that move beyond county courts. Admission to the Federal Circuit signals handling appeals and federal questions when they arise. Wray's background reflects the sort of steady, procedural work necessary in both state and federal proceedings.
Outside court dockets, Wray has remained engaged with professional peers. Participation in local and state defense bars keeps him current on procedural developments and case law that affect criminal defense practice. He attends meetings and exchanges case notes with other attorneys in Delaware County and around Pennsylvania.
Today Wray maintains an active practice in Pennsylvania. He continues to represent clients in criminal cases at the county level and handles related federal matters when they come before appellate tribunals. His work combines trial experience and appellate access in support of defense representation.
