About Shaunna Lee
Shaunna Lee Browne began her path to the law in classrooms and courtrooms. She attended Notre Dame College before earning her law degree from New England Law | Boston. Those early years established a base in legal research and procedure that has informed each step of her career.
Her first professional role in the public sector was as a court assistant at the Hillsborough County Probate Court. That position put her at the center of everyday probate practice. It gave her hands-on exposure to estate administration, guardianship matters, and the mechanics of court filings. She worked alongside judges and clerks and learned how probate matters proceed from petition to decision.
Browne later moved into private practice. She served as a partner at Keefe Law Offices. In that role she managed client matters, handled litigation tasks and participated in case strategy. The partner position added a management dimension to her experience. It also broadened the types of disputes she encountered and deepened her familiarity with financial aspects of contested matters.
Her professional credentials include membership in the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Manchester Bar Association, a role that involves local bar governance and professional programming. Those involvements keep her connected to developments in state and national practice and to peers across multiple practice areas.
Browne holds a certification from the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators (AACFL). That credential signals additional training in financial aspects of litigation, including asset tracing, valuation issues and complex financial pleadings. It complements the probate experience she gained in Hillsborough County and the case work from her time as a law firm partner.
She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and continues to maintain professional memberships there and nationwide. Her current office is Shaunna L. Browne Law PLLC. In that capacity she handles client consultations, case preparation and courtroom appearances as necessary.
Quietly pragmatic in approach, Browne blends courtroom experience from the probate court with litigation work developed in private practice. Her present work concentrates on probate matters and financial litigation.
