About Michaila M.
Michaila M. Oliveira completed her undergraduate studies at Northeastern University, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Government in 2013 after beginning college in 2009. She moved on to the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2016. Those years framed her early interest in courtroom procedure and client representation, first through classroom work and then through practical clinics and internships.
Her law school experience included a Rule 36 student lawyer placement in the Consumer and Commercial Law Clinic at UNH School of Law in 2016. That role allowed her to represent clients under supervision and to test legal theory against real-world problems. She also spent time as a judicial intern in the 9th Circuit Family Division in 2015, gaining exposure to family court processes and decision-making at the bench.
Oliveira moved into private practice after graduation. In 2016 she joined Gleason Law Office, PLLC as a law clerk and then as an associate lawyer. In 2017 she became an associate at the Law Office of Manning & Zimmerman, PLLC. Her responsibilities expanded over those years to include client intake, litigation preparation and courtroom appearances. In 2022 she became a partner when the firm reorganized as the Law Office of Manning Zimmerman & Oliveira, PLLC.
Beyond her firm roles, Oliveira has been active in local professional circles. She has held membership in the New Hampshire Association for Justice and the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association since 2017. Those memberships connect her to colleagues across the state and to ongoing education in litigation and trial practice.
