About Sara Haines
Sara Haines Clipp entered the legal profession after earning her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. She completed her degree during a period of change in the legal market and began building practical skills that would carry into her early career. The law school credential sits at the start of a steady path into practice in Pennsylvania.
She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and moved quickly into firm work. In 2014 she joined Rowe Law Offices, P.C. as an associate. In that role she took on responsibilities common to young litigation and transactional lawyers: researching legal issues, preparing court filings and client memoranda, and assisting in negotiations and hearings. Those tasks gave her routine experience of the day-to-day demands that come with serving clients in a busy office.
Her professional activity includes sustained participation in the broader legal community. She has maintained membership in a professional organization since 2013, keeping an ongoing connection to peers and to developments in the practice. That continuity has provided a steady line to continuing education and to informal networks that help when a case raises unfamiliar questions.
Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She breaks problems into discrete steps and works through them in order. That manner suits the kind of firm setting where matters move from intake through investigation to resolution. It also fits smaller teams, where each lawyer must handle multiple parts of a file and coordinate with support staff.
At Rowe Law Offices, P.C. she has worked on a range of client matters handled under Pennsylvania law. Her work there has included drafting documents for clients, attending hearings, and contributing to settlement discussions. She has remained at the firm since joining as an associate and continues to serve clients from that office.
Outside the office she has kept professional ties through the association membership she established in 2013. Those ties have been a regular part of how she stays current on procedural and substantive shifts in the law. She currently represents clients at Rowe Law Offices, P.C., managing matters arising under Pennsylvania law.
