About Cheryl
Cheryl Rowe builds her practice on steady experience and local ties. She trained in Pennsylvania law and returned to the same communities where she grew her career.
Rowe earned her J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in 1995 after completing a B.A. in political science and government at Albright College in 1992. Those years included practical courtroom exposure. In 1993 she served as a summer law clerk for Judge Albert A. Stallone, an early experience that gave her a close view of judicial decision-making and courtroom procedure.
She entered private practice immediately after law school. In 1995 she worked as an associate at Rhoda, Stoudt & Bradley. Two years later she opened her own firm, Rowe Law Offices, P.C., where she remains the principal attorney and owner. That transition from associate to firm owner came quickly. It also marked the start of long-term client relationships and a practice grounded in local courts.
Rowe is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and holds admissions to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Those admissions allow her to handle matters at both the state and federal levels when cases require it. She has maintained steady involvement in county bar organizations, including membership in the Berks County Bar Association since 1995 and the Lancaster County Bar Association since 2008.
Her practice includes family law and related disputes. She earned a Mediation Certification in Divorce, Custody and Support from the Berks County Bar Association, and she serves as a mediator in both negotiated settlements and court-referred matters. Clients come to her for representation in divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements and support issues. She represents parties in negotiations and hearings, and she also assists clients in preparing agreements and motions for the court.
Her professional work ties back into the local legal community. She has handled matters in county courts and in federal court when jurisdiction requires. Over time she has balanced courtroom work with mediation and settlement efforts, adapting her approach to each case.
Rowe continues to operate Rowe Law Offices, P.C., where she handles family law cases, mediations in divorce and custody disputes, and related matters in Pennsylvania courts. She currently concentrates her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody and support, and mediation services.
