About Mr. Jeffrey Robert
Mr. Jeffrey Robert Pratz built a legal path that starts in classrooms and moves steadily into courtrooms and offices. He earned a J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2005 after completing dual bachelor’s degrees at Rowan University in 1997—one in Criminal Law and Justice and one in Psychology—and a minor in Philosophy. Those academic choices shaped an early interest in the procedural and human sides of the law.
His early legal work came through a string of internships in state offices. In 2006 he served as a legal intern at the Pennsylvania Office of the Lawyer General. The following year he worked with the Delaware Department of Justice’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and also held a certified legal intern role at the Chester County District Lawyer. Those placements exposed him to public-sector practice and to investigations and prosecutions handled by state agencies.
Pratz moved into private practice after gaining that experience. In 2009 he is listed as managing partner of The Law Offices of Pratz & Wallace, a role that indicates he took on both case work and firm management responsibilities. Two years later he joined Brennan & Associates, P.C. as an associate. The record shows a mix of leadership and staff attorney roles rather than a single linear progression.
He is active in professional organizations across both states where he is licensed. Pratz holds memberships in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar associations and in a number of county bar groups including Dauphin, Cumberland and Berks. He has also belonged to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and to the American Bar Association since 2005. Outside the bar, his memberships have included AOPA and, earlier, fraternity involvement with Phi Kappa Psi.
Those affiliations reflect steady participation in the profession and local legal communities. They also suggest a practice that spans multiple courts and jurisdictions. His academic background in criminal law and justice, combined with internships in prosecutorial and investigative units, gives context to the kinds of matters that have appeared in his experience.
Pratz continues to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He currently focuses on representing clients in matters handled across those two jurisdictions.
