About Sandra Ellen
Sandra Ellen Malkin earned a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1998 and later completed both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Administration at Syracuse University in 2001. Her academic path combined legal study with public administration, equipping her to work across private and public sector matters. She returned to upstate New York after law school and began her legal career in a regional practice environment.
