About Ryan
Ryan Yeary trained in Florida law and has built a steady, courtroom-oriented career since earning his law degree. He completed his J.D. at Stetson University College of Law in 2009 after beginning legal studies in 2006. The classroom years were followed quickly by a role inside the courthouse that shaped his early work habit and interests.
Fresh out of law school, Yeary served as a trial court law clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in 2009. The clerkship gave him direct exposure to trial procedure, evidentiary rulings and the daily mechanics of case management. He worked alongside judges and staff, observing how pretrial strategy and courtroom practice influence outcomes. That experience provided a foundation for his later roles as an advocate.
In 2011 he took a position as an associate lawyer at Heath & Rasky, P.A. There he handled litigation tasks and supported trial teams. The associate role involved drafting pleadings, preparing discovery and assisting at hearings. It also required adapting to client needs and the pace of litigation in state courts.
Yeary later joined Caminez & Yeary, P.A., where he practices today. He is admitted to appear before the 2nd Circuit. He maintains current professional memberships and continues to participate in bar-related activities. Colleagues note his practical courtroom orientation and steady attention to procedural detail.
His approach is straightforward. He values careful preparation and clear, concise advocacy. He draws on court-side experience earned as a law clerk and years spent handling litigation support and trial work. That background informs how he evaluates cases and prepares for hearings.
Outside of specific casework, Yeary has kept ties to the Florida legal community and to the institutions where he began his career. He has moved from the clerkship bench to associate work and into a private practice role. The arc of that path shows a consistent engagement with trial-level matters and the practice of litigation.
He currently focuses his practice at Caminez & Yeary, P.A., handling matters in the jurisdictions where he is admitted and continuing work rooted in trial and litigation practice.
