About Mario R.
Mario R. Theodore built a path from broadcast journalism to law. He earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College in 2002. He then attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he received his J.D. in 2006. Those classroom years shaped his interest in public-facing work and the practical side of legal practice.
After law school, Theodore moved into practice in Florida. By 2008 he was listed as principal lawyer at Fair Price Legal. That early leadership role has defined much of his professional life. He has handled the day-to-day responsibilities of running a small legal office while also representing clients in matters that required direct attorney involvement.
Colleagues describe him as someone who blends courtroom poise and straightforward communication. His background in journalism plays into that. He tends to present legal issues clearly and concisely for clients who are often facing complex or stressful situations. Clients and peers have noted his preference for practical solutions rather than legal theory alone.
Theodore holds memberships in several professional organizations. He is a current member of the National Bar Association, the Tallahassee Bar Association, and the F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr. Bar Association.
