He also worked as an associate attorney at Freeman, Freeman & Smiley, LLP in Los Angeles, California, in 2006, and as a judicial research attorney for the Los Angeles Superior Court from 2005 to 2006. Earlier in his career, he was an associate attorney at Thompson Hine LLP from 2002 to 2004 and a clerk at Berkman, Gordon, Murray & DeVan from 2000 to 2002.
Mr. Kostenko is an active member of the Arizona State Bar, having been admitted in 2006, and the Ohio State Bar since 2002. He has also been a member of the California State Bar since 2003.
