About Robert A

Robert A Shaffer completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida, earning a B.A. in Criminology in 2009. He stayed in Florida for law school and received his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2012. Those formative years combined classroom study and exposure to the criminal justice system, shaping how he approaches legal problems today.

After law school, Shaffer began practicing in Florida. He has worked in the private sector and joined law firm practice where he has handled client matters across state courts. He holds membership in professional legal associations and maintains an active presence in the Florida legal community.

Shaffer's work has involved courtroom appearances, brief drafting and client counseling. He balances litigation tasks with case preparation and negotiation. He has experience managing the procedural and evidentiary demands that come with civil and criminal matters. Colleagues say he pays attention to detail and follows through on deadlines.

Throughout his career he has responded to the changing demands of practice. He adapts to new procedural rules and remains attentive to the ethical responsibilities of an attorney. He also mentors less-experienced staff when cases require coordinated effort. He approaches casework methodically, breaking larger issues into manageable steps.

Today he is an attorney at Zweben Law Group, P.A. There he works on behalf of the firm's clients and participates in trial and pretrial work as matters require. He continues to practice in Florida and keeps current with developments that affect the cases he handles.

Outside the office he engages in professional groups that support legal education and the exchange of practical knowledge among attorneys. He maintains ties to the academic programs that shaped his early career and occasionally consults on factual and procedural questions.

Shaffer remains based in Florida and practices law at Zweben Law Group, P.A., where he handles a range of matters for the firm's clients and stays active in the state's legal community.
