About Rebecca A.
Rebecca A. Wagner earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 2011, having begun the program in 2008. Her time in law school coincided with the years many young lawyers shape the practical skills they will carry into practice. She completed the degree in 2011 and moved into the next stage of a legal career that would be anchored in New Hampshire.
Shortly after finishing law school, Wagner joined a professional legal association in 2011 and has maintained that membership into the present. That early engagement signaled an interest in staying connected to the legal community and to continuing professional development. She kept up with developments in her field through the years, balancing membership activities with casework and practice building.
In 2012 she founded Wagner Law PLLC. The firm grew out of a desire to provide direct legal services to clients in New Hampshire. From the beginning Wagner Law PLLC has been registered under her name and has operated as a small firm serving local needs. Over more than a decade the office has handled matters for individuals and businesses, adjusting its practice to the demands of clients and the state’s legal environment.
Wagner’s work is grounded in the routine tasks of modern practice: advising clients, managing filings, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing them when matters proceed to hearings or trial. She operates within New Hampshire’s legal system and is familiar with state procedures and local courts. Her approach is procedural and pragmatic. She focuses on clear communication and practical next steps rather than legal theory alone.
Colleagues and clients have described Wagner as steady and methodical in handling matters. She emphasizes organization in case management and punctuality in meeting deadlines. Those qualities have been important as her practice has handled a variety of day-to-day legal needs for the firm’s clientele.
Outside of the office she has sustained membership in professional circles since 2011, attending events and trainings that keep her practice up to date. That continuous involvement has informed how the firm adapts to changes in law and procedure. Today she continues to operate Wagner Law PLLC, providing legal services to clients in New Hampshire through the firm’s office.
She currently practices through Wagner Law PLLC in New Hampshire.
