About Quin

Quin Parham trained as both a scientist and a writer before turning to the law. He earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and English from the University of Denver in 2012, then continued his studies at Lewis & Clark Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2015. Those academic choices inform how he approaches legal questions: attentive to technical detail, and attentive to clear argument.

After law school, Parham built a practice that bridges the Mountain West. He holds licenses to practice in Wyoming and Colorado. Rather than following a single, narrow path, he has combined legal analysis with an understanding of environmental science and policy. That combination guides his work on regulatory matters and projects that involve scientific data or environmental permitting.

Colleagues describe him as a concise writer who treats technical materials the way a reader would: distilling complex information into readable explanations. His background in English complements his scientific training. That mix is useful when drafting briefs, administrative filings, technical memos, or regulatory comments. It also shapes how he communicates with clients who are not specialists.

Parham’s education at Lewis & Clark placed him in a law program known for experiential learning. The record shows only his degrees and admissions, not a timeline of employers. In practice he has worked across both state bars, advising on matters that implicate state regulatory schemes and on transactions or compliance issues where environmental rules intersect with commercial activity.

He has chosen to practice in the region where those regulatory frameworks matter most. Maintaining admissions in both Wyoming and Colorado allows him to handle matters that cross state lines or that require knowledge of differing statutory regimes. His approach stresses careful review of technical records and plain-language explanations of legal options.

Today Parham is a licensed attorney in Wyoming and Colorado and draws on his environmental science and writing background when addressing regulatory and environmental matters. His current practice centers on environmental and regulatory work in those jurisdictions.
