About Preston

Preston Fleming built a foundation in business before turning to law. He earned a B.A. in Business from Saint Leo College (2008) and an MBA from Webster University (2011). He later completed his J.D. at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School (2017). Those degrees shaped a methodical approach to legal problems and gave him tools beyond the usual legal training.

After law school he entered the Georgia bar and began practicing in the state. His background in business informs how he evaluates cases and communicates with clients. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and has focused his work on matters that require detailed fact gathering and careful courtroom preparation.

Fleming became active in professional circles in 2019. He joined the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers that year and maintains regular membership. He also joined the Gwinnett County Bar Association in 2019. Those affiliations keep him engaged with local and statewide developments in criminal law and provide regular contact with peers who try cases across Georgia.

Clients and colleagues describe Fleming as deliberate and exacting in his casework. He spends time on investigation, motions practice and trial readiness. He prepares witnesses, reviews evidence, and frames legal arguments so they read clearly in filings and in front of judges. His business education often informs how he structures case budgets and client consultations.

In court he works in state venues around Gwinnett County and other Georgia jurisdictions. He handles arraignments, pretrial hearings and jury trials when matters proceed that far. He represents individuals through each stage of a criminal matter, from intake to appeal when necessary. He also advises on procedural questions and sentencing exposures.

Fleming maintains a practice in Georgia that reflects his combined training in business and law. He practices criminal defense in Georgia, handling matters in state courts and representing clients at each phase of the criminal process.
