About Perry Marc
Perry Marc Nardi began his academic path in a technical field before turning to law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1982. Seven years later he completed a Juris Doctor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, receiving his degree in 1989. The combination of a technical undergraduate degree and a legal education shaped a practical, detail-minded approach to the work that followed.
After law school, Nardi entered legal practice and took on a mix of responsibilities that would prepare him for firm leadership. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Those admissions reflect a practice that spans both state and federal matters and a career built around courtroom work and client representation in the region.
In 1995 he became owner of Nardi & Nardi, P.A. That step marked a transition from practitioner to principal. As owner, he has managed the firm’s operations, overseen case development, and supervised the delivery of legal services. The record lists him as the firm’s owner beginning in 1995, a role he has maintained while handling the everyday demands of a law office.
His earlier training in aeronautics surfaces in the way he approaches cases. Technical subjects, procedural detail and structured problem solving are part of his toolkit. That background supports work that requires methodical preparation and careful analysis of documents, testimony and court filings.
Colleagues and clients encounter a lawyer who combines courtroom experience with the perspective of a small firm principal. He has spent decades practicing in the same regional legal ecosystem, which has given him familiarity with local rules, judges and opposing counsel. Over time he has balanced litigation tasks with the administrative work that comes from running a firm.
He maintains his practice at Nardi & Nardi, P.A., where he handles matters in Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His current practice centers on representing clients in matters that require representation in both state and federal courts in the region.
