Paul A. Meissner Jr. is an attorney based in Clearwater, Florida, with a focus on criminal defense, personal injury, and workers' compensation law. A member of the Florida Bar since 1968, he has built a robust legal career over the decades. Originally from New York, Paul relocated to Florida during his childhood. He graduated from Clearwater High School and pursued higher education at Tulane University Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1966.
