About Nicholas
Nicholas Vail began his legal career in the appellate courts. In 2018 he took a position as a judicial law clerk at the Texas Eleventh Court of Appeals. The work there put him inside the process of opinion drafting and motion practice. It also offered a close view of how judges frame and resolve legal questions.
