About Nancy

\n\nShe earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1988, graduating in the top 10% of her class. Prior to that, she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Georgia in 1985.\n\nBefore joining Stow Garvin & Glenn, Nancy began her legal career at Alston & Bird in Atlanta.

She worked in various areas, including zoning litigation, construction litigation, general business litigation, and insurance defense.\n\nAt Stow Garvin & Glenn, Nancy has represented injured workers at both trial and appellate levels through the Georgia Court of Appeals. She is also an experienced mediator of workers' compensation claims, leveraging her experience as both a defense lawyer and a claimant's lawyer to facilitate settlements in complex cases.\n\nShe is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
