About Murad
Murad Elsaidi earned his J.D. from William H. Bowen School of Law in 2010 after completing a B.A. in political science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2007. His coursework and early training placed him squarely in state and federal legal environments, and he graduated into a mix of public and private law roles.
While in law school he held several legal training positions. In 2009 he served as an extern for the Arkansas State Bank Department and as an extern to Judge William R. Wilson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. That same year he worked as a research assistant at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law for Professor Kenneth Gallant, contributing to the academic work of the law school.
After finishing his degree, Elsaidi taught briefly as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2010, bringing classroom experience to his practical work. He later moved into public-sector legal work as a staff lawyer at the Arkansas Board of Review, where he handled administrative matters and decision processes affecting state-level reviews.
Elsaidi left government service to establish his own practice. He is the founding lawyer of Murad Law Office, PLLC. That move gave him the chance to combine his courtroom exposure and administrative experience in a private practice setting. His background includes both the procedural demands of federal court work and the regulatory context of state agencies.
He maintains membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. Those affiliations reflect ongoing engagement with peers and professional development. Colleagues note that his career has moved through teaching, research, public service and private practice, each stage informing the next in practical ways.
At Murad Law Office, PLLC he practices immigration law and handles administrative appeals.
