About Sydney
Sydney Rasch represents clients in both Missouri and Arkansas. She practices at Turner & Rasch, Lawyers and handles matters that require familiarity with two state systems. Her work brings together courtroom experience and client counseling across jurisdictional lines.
After completing her legal education, Rasch began working in private practice. Over time she developed a practice that spans neighboring states, drawing on the procedural and substantive differences between Missouri and Arkansas courts. She is admitted to practice law in both states and often guides clients through filings, hearings and negotiations that touch each jurisdiction.
Rasch joined Turner & Rasch, Lawyers where she remains an active member of the firm. Her day-to-day work involves meeting with clients, developing case strategy and appearing in court when disputes cannot be resolved outside a courtroom. She favors clear, direct communication with clients. She explains options and consequences in plain language so people can make informed decisions.
Colleagues describe Rasch as methodical in preparing a matter. She balances attention to detail with an eye for the bigger picture. That approach shows in the way she marshals documents, prepares witnesses and frames arguments for judges and opposing counsel. It also shapes how she assesses settlement prospects and litigation risk for those who come to her firm for help.
Rasch’s practice requires regular travel between filings and court appearances in Missouri and Arkansas. She handles procedural questions, counsels clients about case timelines and responds when unexpected developments arise. Her work demands familiarity with the rules and calendars of two separate state systems, and she organizes her practice to keep those demands from overwhelming clients.
Outside the courtroom she spends time reviewing changes in state law and court procedure that could affect her clients. She monitors local decisions and administrative orders that change how cases proceed. That vigilance helps her anticipate scheduling shifts and procedural hurdles that can affect a case’s progress.
The offices of Turner & Rasch, Lawyers serve as Rasch’s base for client meetings and case work. She continues to accept new matters that require counsel admitted in Missouri and Arkansas. She currently focuses on representing clients in legal matters across Missouri and Arkansas at Turner & Rasch, Lawyers.
