About Mr. Gregory S
Mr. Gregory S Young earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law before beginning a career in Ohio’s legal community. He went on to build a practice grounded in local courts and local clients. The law school prepared him for courtroom work and client counseling, and he has stayed active in the state where he was admitted to practice.
Young moved into firm leadership at the turn of the century. In 2000 he became managing partner of Gregory S. Young Co., LPA. That role put him in charge of case direction, staffing decisions and the administrative side of running a law office. Over the years he has overseen the firm’s day-to-day operations while remaining involved in client matters.
His professional life combines practice and practice management. As managing partner he has handled strategy for matters brought to the firm and supervised younger lawyers through litigation and other proceedings. He has also taken responsibility for internal systems: client intake, billing practices and ensuring the firm met local court requirements. Those responsibilities have shaped how the office approaches files and delivers service to clients in the region.
Young maintains ties to the bar community. He is a current member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and participates in activities that keep him connected to local judges and fellow attorneys. Those relationships inform how the firm responds to changes in local rules and how it handles scheduling and procedural challenges in the Cincinnati area.
In practice he balances leadership duties with direct legal work on matters brought to the firm. Colleagues describe him as steady and practical in managing cases and office needs. LPA on serving clients in Ohio.
