About Matthew Allen
Matthew Allen Luber built his legal foundation at The College of New Jersey, where he earned a B.A. in Law and Justice, and then at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he received his J.D. Those academic years set the stage for an early career split between a large firm environment and a smaller, regional practice.
Luber spent a summer in 2009 as a summer associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. He returned to that firm as a lawyer in 2010, working alongside more senior attorneys and handling client matters typical of a broad-based commercial practice. The experience gave him exposure to litigation and counseling in a multi-office, national firm setting.
In 2015 he took on a leadership role at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., becoming the firm’s managing partner. In that capacity he manages the firm’s operations and supervises case handling across its offices. Colleagues describe him as a steady presence in the office, the kind of lawyer who balances courtroom work with the administrative tasks that keep a small firm functioning.
Luber maintains ties to several bar and business organizations. He is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association, and he participates in the Marlton Business Association. He is also active in the National Employment Lawyers Association, which connects him to lawyers who handle workplace disputes and employment-related litigation. Those associations inform his work and keep him connected to developments in local courts and practice trends.
Over the years Luber’s practice has involved matters that intersect workplace and business concerns. He handles case preparation, client counseling and courtroom advocacy for matters brought to the firm. His experience ranges from the workflows of a large firm to the hands-on demands of a regional practice, giving him a practical understanding of how cases proceed from intake to resolution.
He continues to serve as managing partner at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., where he handles employment and business-related matters and oversees the firm’s legal work and client relationships.
