About Mallory M

Mallory earned a B.A. from Kings College before continuing her legal studies at Villanova University School of Law, where she completed her J.D. Her time in law school provided the classroom foundation and practical training that inform her work today. Course work and clinic placements at Villanova gave her early exposure to research, brief writing and client interviews.
After law school she joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a law clerk. The clerkship offered a close view of the day-to-day demands of practicing law at a regional firm. She handled research assignments, drafted memoranda, and assisted in preparing filings and client correspondence. Those tasks helped build the procedural knowledge that new attorneys need in order to step into courtroom or transactional roles with confidence.
In 2023 she moved into an associate role at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. That transition marked a shift from support duties to direct client work. As an associate she began managing client matters, appearing in hearings, and taking responsibility for case preparation under the supervision of more senior attorneys. Her work has involved litigation support, case strategy development, and negotiating procedural matters on behalf of clients. Her approach tends to be methodical; she breaks complex problems into manageable pieces and tracks deadlines closely.
Mallory is admitted to practice in New Jersey and remains at the same firm where she clerked and later joined as an associate. She is active in the daily practice of law at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., representing clients in the firm's practice areas.
