About Charles J.
Charles J. Kocher earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2004. He remains connected to his alma mater through service on the Villanova Law Alumni Association Board of Advisors, where he contributes to alumni programming and mentorship efforts.
After law school, Kocher built his practice at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. He has worked out of the firm’s multiple offices and taken on a range of assignments for clients and colleagues. Those years at the firm have given him steady courtroom exposure and regular work on contested matters.
Kocher holds current membership in the State Bar of Pennsylvania and the State Bar of New Jersey. That dual admission allows him to handle matters on both sides of the Delaware River and to advise clients whose interests cross state lines. He participates in bar activities that follow rules of professional conduct and continuing legal education requirements.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic and thorough in day-to-day practice. He combines written advocacy with trial preparation and client counseling. Outside of the office he remains involved with Villanova’s alumni network, accepting invitations to speak and to meet with students exploring legal careers.
He currently practices at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., where he handles the firm’s legal matters across its offices.
