About Mary Ellen
\n\nA graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School, The State University of New York, she earned her Juris Doctor in 1966. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Arts at Trinity University in 1959.\n\nIn addition to her Florida license, Ms. Borja is admitted to practice in New York since 1967 and before the U.S.
Supreme Court since 1990. She is board certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.\n\nHer practice areas include divorce, arbitration, mediation, and family law. She has been recognized for her pro bono work, receiving the President’s Pro Bono Service Award in 2018 for her contributions in the Sixth Judicial Circuit.\n\nMs.
Borja is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association. The New York State Bar Association.
